Terms & Conditions

To access internship simulations and features on the Platform, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during registration
• Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials
• Notify us immediately at tech@devitinternational.com if you suspect unauthorised access to your account
• Accept responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account

Each account is for individual use only. You may not share your account credentials with others or allow third parties to access the Platform using your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if we determine, in our sole discretion, that you have violated these Terms or that your account poses a security or legal risk.

When you buy an internship simulation, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use its content for personal, non-commercial learning. Each internship simulation is sold with a 1-month or 3-month plan, chosen at checkout:

• Project tasks, quizzes, and the certificate must be completed within your plan’s duration, unless you renew it
• Lessons and learning resources stay available after your plan ends, unless stated otherwise at the time of purchase

All content on the Platform - including videos, text, graphics, assessments, code samples, and materials - is the intellectual property of DevIt International Pvt Ltd or its licensed content creators and is protected under Indian copyright law (Copyright Act, 1957) and international IP treaties.

You may not:

• Download, copy, reproduce, or redistribute Platform content without our written permission
• Share your account access or learning materials with third parties
• Use Platform content for commercial purposes, including resale or sub-licensing
• Create derivative works from Platform content without express written consent

A certificate of completion is issued when you meet the requirements of your internship simulation (for example, submitting the required project tasks and passing the quizzes). Certificates are for personal use and professional portfolio purposes. We reserve the right to revoke a certificate if we determine it was obtained in violation of these Terms.

When you submit content to the Platform (for example project submissions, code, ratings, or support messages), you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to store, review, and display that content on the Platform to run your internship simulation. You represent that your content does not infringe any third-party rights and is not unlawful or offensive.

All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) and include GST. We reserve the right to update pricing at any time. Changes will not affect orders already placed and confirmed.

Payments are processed by Razorpay, a third-party payment gateway. By making a payment, you agree to Razorpay’s terms. We are not liable for errors, failures, or delays caused by third-party payment infrastructure.

DevIt International Pvt Ltd is registered under the Goods and Services Tax (GST) regime in India. An invoice is issued for every purchase.

All purchases are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, cancellations, or exchanges on any purchase, whether or not you have started, used, or completed the internship simulation. Please read the internship simulation’s page, plan details, and prerequisites before you pay.

Internship simulations on the Platform are designed for training and skill development. We do not guarantee employment, career advancement, or specific outcomes as a result of completing one. Any statistics, projections, or testimonials presented are illustrative and not guaranteed results.

An internship simulation is a paid training programme. It is not employment and does not create an employer-employee relationship between you and DevIt or anyone else. No stipend, salary, or other payment is made to you. Offer letters and certificates issued on the Platform confirm your enrolment in, and completion of, an internship simulation; they are not offers of employment.

We strive to maintain the Platform with minimal downtime, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may suspend or restrict access for maintenance, security, or operational reasons.

Some internship simulations may reference or link to third-party tools, libraries, or resources. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or terms of any third-party content.
